Vadodara: M S University (MSU) on Wednesday announced that it will defer all exams that were to begin from July 20 for now. The university had planned to conduct multiple choice-based online exams for its students.
The announcement was made after the state education minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama told mediapersons in Gandhinagar that all exams which were to be conducted by the universities in Gujarat will be postponed. Chudasama said that instructions were conveyed to all state governments for postponement of exams by the secretary of central government’s HRD ministry on Wednesday.
MSU officials said that new dates for the exams of final year, final semester and post-graduate courses will be declared after receiving any new orders from the state education department.
