Zareen Khan hails ban on Chinese apps saying 'it shouldn't be restricted to just apps'

Ever since a ban was put on 59 Chinese apps including popular video making and sharing app, TikTok, the Indian government's decision has been receiving mixed reactions. Actress Zareen Khan, who joined TikTok just two months back, in an interview expressed her support for the ban. She also added that this ban shouldn't be restricted to just apps, but all China made products should be banned considering India is one of the biggest consumers of it and hence, boycotting their products will definitely impact China's economy. Talking about people who earned a living from TikTok, Zareen said that she hopes for them to find another platform soon but in comparison to the sacrifice of our army men in Galwan, sacrificing apps is nothing.
