'Budget savers. I buy a large 6.7kg roast pork from Costco for $48, then slice and dice to my requirements,' she said in a Facebook group.
'I am not a butcher, I just look at the meat, and think about the best way to cut it. The little medallions I crumb in Aldi's herb and garlic or lemon pepper.
'I use a sweet and sour sauce for stir fry with the diced pork.'
The woman said she initially portioned out the pork for nine main meals but was able to use leftover to create a 10th meal for her family.
'We are an adult family of three and I got nine meals out of this, that's a cost of $5.30 for meat per meal,' she said.
'I cooked the rest the other night and had a big chunk left so sliced thin and used to bulk up a fried rice, so 10 meals really.'

Another shopper shared a picture showing 30kg worth of meat after spending $200. The picture shows the home cook portioning the raw meat into bags, and using a meat grinder to create mince and sausages
Many shoppers were impressed she managed to get 30 meals out of the chunk of pork, while others said they buy a large cut of meat from Costco too.
'We do the same! 30kg of meat, $200 and we have meat for a month. We made jerky, steaks, mince, roasts and sausages. Definitely a smarter way to shop. Also, Costco is the bomb,' one mother said.
Another woman revealed: 'We do the same although hubby was a butcher so differently cut but it's great value, while one said: 'I do this all the time. It also gives you the chance to cut a lot of the fat off making it healthier to cook with.'
Others pointed out the 'great saving', saying it's an 'awesome idea' to buy the meat as a large portion.
'So 30 meals all up, that's an awesome idea,' one said, while another added: '10 meals with meat for less than $50... way to go.'
Meanwhile, one woman suggested investing in a vacuum sealer.
'If you haven't considered it already, a vacuum sealer is amazing for your meat. I cannot highly recommend it enough. A little bit of effort but the meat freezes and defrosts so well,' she said.
