A home cook has wowed thousands with his loaded hash brown recipe complete with bacon, cheese, chives and sour cream.
Mouth-watering photos of the meal were shared on social media by a man from Sydney with instructions on how to cook it in Kmart's $129 3-in-1 Air Fryer Oven.
'I cooked McDonald's hash browns first on 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes,' the amateur chef said, showing how he placed eight golden potato slices onto a baking tray.

'Once they were cooked I added bacon and cheese - both tasty and mozzarella - before cooking them again for another five minutes at the same temperature,' he said (pictured)

Pulling the concoction out of the mini oven for a third time the man proceeded to add chives and sour cream on top for extra flavour.
The result looked like a modern potato twist on a classic nachos dinner, and should be served immediately.
In a separate photo he showed how potato gems - which are essentially cylinder-shaped hash browns - could be cooked in the same way.
