HC extends date for comments on draft green policy
NEW DELHI: Amid strong demand from environmentalists, the Delhi high court on Tuesday extended the deadline to submit suggestions on the draft Environmental Impact Assessment notification, 2020 till August 11 even as green activists continued to press for complete withdrawal of the proposed amendments. Tuesday was the last date for stakeholders to submit their comments on the draft.
