Coronavirus India Updates: Covid-19 Tally Tops 5.6 Lakh; 16,839 Dead
Covid-19 cases in India continue to mount by the day as the country struggles to prevent new infections in a reopening economy.
India added over 18,000 new cases of the novel virus, taking the total tally to more than 5.66 lakh in the world’s second-most populous country, according to the Health Ministry’s update as of 8 a.m. on June 30.
