Should I move my entire investment to a different fund at one go?

Accumulated investments through an SIP can be moved as a lump sum to a different fund, says Dhirendra Kumar

Can I move my entire investment from one fund to another as a lump sum in the same category?
- Ramanathan

Yes. The entire idea of doing an SIP is to average the cost of purchase. If you have already done the averaging while investing and now think that your fund is disappointing, you can move the accumulation to a different fund as a lump sum. Because you have done your averaging. So accumulated amount through an SIP can be moved in a lump sum.
