Sign of great relief: Now getting the same Corona genome in 19 states

Scientists are hinting at getting a big relief in the coming days on the coronavirus. Till now different forms of coronavirus were coming out, but only one or two types of the genome are visible in infected patients for the last one month. Corona has the highest A2A genome found in 19 states.

Scientists from Hyderabad-based CCMB have collected more than a thousand clades in the country for the first time, of which 617 genomes have been found to be associated with A2A strains. At the same time, 249 genomes are associated with A3I strains. Both these strains are less effective than the rest.

Scientists estimate that due to the less effective of these genomes, patients are recovering quickly after being infected. It becomes fatal in very few people. CCMB director Dr. Rakesh Mishra said that after collecting more than one thousand genomes for the first time, a website has been prepared in which states the patients of which strain are more than themselves. Can detect it.

He said that 1031 genome sequences have been collected from 33 labs of 19 states. This website is named Gear-19. A list has been prepared from a sample of about 1514 patients. This work will continue. He said that 65.50 males and 34.40% of female patients are in the sample collected so far. While sufficient information about some samples has not been found during the study.

Dr. Mishra said that the first patient in the country was found on 30 January. After this, two more patients were found in the first week of February, but the number of patients started increasing from the first week of March. By May 1, 10 strains of corona spread in 55 countries have been found among infected patients in India. These include A1A, A2A, A2, A3, A3I, B, B1, and B4. They have all been named clades by which scientists are identifying them.

But since May 22, most of the samples studied have found A2A. At the same time, B4 has also been found in some. Talking about June this month, almost all patients have got the same A2A strain. He said that 62 samples were taken from different states in the first week of June. In the second week also only 62 samples were taken. Out of these 124, 120 samples have got A2A strain.
