GMR Infra puts off Board meet again

GMR Infrastructure Limited has informed the BSE that it has put off the Board meet slated for June 29.

While referring to the June 22, 2020 regulatory filing intimating June 29, 2020 as the date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, it said that the meeting has been postponed.

The company further stated that the revised date will be intimated in due course and the trading window shall continue to remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2020.
