San Mateo County supervisors have thrown a longer lifeline to residential and commercial tenants in some parts of county. Last week, the county board of supervisors voted to extend moratoriums on evictions until July 28. The extension applies to residential tenants across the county, and commercial tenants in unincorporated areas.
