Beauty queen distributes 200 meals to the ones struggling amid pandemic
Humanity is put to test in times like these when the world is battling against COVID-19, people are not just affected by the virus but also hunger. With global lock down to control the spread of the novel coronavirus, businesses have been shut and daily wagers are the most affected. While the majority of us are safe with the luxuries in our homes, the less fortunate struggle to bring food to the table amid this pandemic.
While many NGOs have been helping out the ones in need our beauty queens are not far off in doing their bit for the society. The divas have been conducting sessions for mental health and positivity and have been distributing necessities and also initiating fund raisers for many minorities of the society.
The gorgeous Miss Supranational 2019 Anntonia Porsild is one of them, who has been in the news for her good work out in the society. She was recently seen distributing meals to the local community in Nonthaburi. Sharing her experience about distributing 200 free meals along with TW Crispy Pork restaurant she said in a post on Instagram captioned, “Another reminder that we as members of society need to recognize that everyone is struggling and we should not judge people based on what is seen on the outside.”
Adding further she said, “We all fight our own battles everyday especially during times of uncertainty, and we as a country need to support and give back as much as we can ❤️ Thank you to TW Crispy Pork restaurant for being a part of giving back even during these hard times. Small acts of kindness can go a long way, and I am so grateful that we were able to bring smiles on everyone’s faces today ❤️”
