According to spokesperson of ICAR-CIPHET, " The young entrepreneur came to know about the technology through the news on the ICAR website, Twitter, TV channels as well as in TOI newspaper. He contacted the Institute for UViC technology and took a license on 27th June 2020. He expressed his confidence in capturing the market as the device is compact and much needed at public locations such as offices, shops, hospitals, and will play a key role in the fight against ongoing Covid-19 pandemic"
Speaking on the development Ishinder Dhir, said, "It is high time that all potential youth should venture into making our country self-reliant by focusing on making indigenous devices, equipment and contribute to the development of the country. He has planned to come up with the device on a large scale within the minimum time as possible"
The director of ICAR-CIPHET, Dr. R.K Singh who leads the team of inventing scientists viz. Dr. K. Narsaiah, Dr. Bhupendra M Ghodki, Er. Yogesh Bhaskar Kalnar and Surya and facilitated the event along with Dr. Ranjeet Singh, In-charge, Institute Technology Management Unit, and H L. Meena, SAO. The ITMU staff Alka Sharma played a key role in getting the licensing done.
