Monsoon enters Rajasthan: now this warning issued for 12 districts

With the southwest monsoon entering Rajasthan, people got relief from the scorching heat on Wednesday. The monsoon has entered Rajasthan with a bang, covering 18 of the 33 districts.

On Wednesday, the monsoon entered Rajasthan via Jhalawar, Dungarpur, Banswara. Monsoon has covered Bhilwara, Jhalawar, Kota, Bundi, Baran, Pali, Barmer, Jalore, Jaisalmer, Sirohi, Rajsamand, Udaipur, Dungarpur, Banswara, Chittorgarh, Pratapgarh on Wednesday.

It has also reached Ajmer and parts of Sawaimadhopur in the state. Now the capital city of Jaipur is also expected to reach the monsoon today.

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in 12 districts of Rajasthan, Bhilwara, Bundi, Kota, Baran, Sawaimadhopur, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, Banswara, Jhalawar, Dungarpur, Udaipur, Pratapgarh in the next 24 hours.
