The number of Covid-19 cases have reached 29,001 with 572 new cases coming up the last 24 hours in Gujarat. 25 patients have lost their lives taking the total death due to Covid19 in the state to 1,736.

Following the discharge of 575 patients yesterday, the total number of patients recovered from Covid19 in the state has gone up to 21096.

According to official sources, out of 6169 active cases in the state, conditions of 6099 are stable while 70 patients are on ventilator support. Out of 572 new cases reported yesterday, the maximum 205 cases reported from Ahmedabad city. Apart from this, 155 new cases reported from Surat city, while 35 cases reported from Vadodara. More than 3 lakh 40 thousand test have been carried out in the state till date.
