Accenture beats quarterly revenue estimates

- Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan on Thursday launched the eBlood Services Mobile Application, in partnership with the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), for easy access to blood in this critical time of coronavirus pandemic.
- Notably, this initiative would help the people to get the blood on time just by registering on the application. Also, people can demand up to four units of blood.
Railway stalls to sell coronavirus essentials to passengers
- Coronavirus essentials like masks, gloves, sanitisers etc will now be sold at the multi-purpose stalls at railway platforms
- Bedroll kits, which are no longer provided on board trains due to fear of the coronavirus spread, will also be available at these stalls. They will be sold as a kit -- with pillow, pillow covers, blankets, face towel -- as well as separately.
