A lockdown may be imposed over Gurugram that could last around 10 days. The discussion reportedly came up during chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar’s visit last week. Apparently the need to step up containment measures was felt during the meeting. If imposed, the lockdown would not cover entire Gurugram but be restricted to clusters, with big markets being shut. ‘The chief minister is quite keen on another lockdown in the city to contain the spread of the disease,’ said a senior official.
