Chef Craig Barbour’s new concept provides a way to entertain without being tied to the kitchen. Little Fête launches on Saturday, delivering boxes of chef-crafted food directly to homes in the Charlotte market. “We can provide all of our really delicious catered meals we normally do for weddings, graduations or corporate events,” Barbour says. “We just put it in a box.” The concept looks to fill the gap as Covid-19 has limited gatherings.
