Karnataka set to conduct class 10 exams from Thursday amid COVID-19 pandemic

Allaying fears and defying calls to defer them, Karnataka is all set to conduct the Covid-hit rescheduled Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) board exams for class 10 students across the southern state from Thursday. As many as 8,48,203 children will appear for the examination at 2879 exam centres, education department officials said, adding that each examination hall will have only 18 to 20 students.
