Chennai: Hollywood biggie Steve Bing has died at the age of 55 in Los Angeles, reportedly by 'suicide'.
Steve Bing was known as a film producer, political donor and a real estate heir.
He has co-written the film Kangaroo Jack (2003), financed 'The Polar Express' (2004), which was voiced by Tom Hanks and has also produced Martin Scorsese's Rolling Stones documentary Shine a Light.
His death has left the Hollywood and his friends and knowns in grief. Former US President Bill Clinton expressed his grief through his Twitter page. He said he "loved Steve Bing very much".
Bing's ex actress Elizabeth Hurley expressed her condolence on her Instagram page. She stated that Bing was a "sweet, kind man" and their time together was very happy". Hurley had a son 'Damian' with Steve Bing in 2002.
