A woman has tragically died after falling off a cliff at Sydney's Northern Beaches while another woman was treated at the scene.
She suffered a serious head injury after falling at North Head Sanctuary in Manly about 6.20am on Wednesday.
Emergency services arrived a short time later following reports of concern for welfare and found the woman with head wounds.
