The Meteorological Department has forecast on Monday that the monsoon will move in UP and Uttarakhand in the next 24 hours. This will keep the weather pleasant in the national capital and Delhiites will get relief from the scorching heat.

Meteorological Department Deputy Director Anand Sharma said on Monday, the monsoon will be active across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, and Rajasthan from June 24-25. There will be heavy thunderstorms and thunderstorms in these areas. By 27 June, the monsoon will be active all over India. He said that for the last two days, the weather has been happy due to morning rain in the capital Delhi. According to the Meteorological Department, cyclonic circulation has been seen in and around northern Odisha. It is moving northwest in the next three days. Due to this, the monsoon will move rapidly in Madhya Pradesh, UP, Uttarakhand. Apart from this, heavy rains are also expected in the entire Western Himalayan region. According to the Meteorological Department, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, most parts of Punjab, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan are expected to receive rains in the next 48 hours. At the same time, heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected in the southern plateau of the country in the next four to five days.
