Siemens Gamesa ex-CMD sues company

CHENNAI: Former CMD of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Ramesh Kymal, has initiated insolvency proceedings against the company at the Chennai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal, over non-payment of financial settlement upon his exit.
He resigned on April 30. “The matter is sub judice and as such, it would not be appropriate to comment,” said Samudra Sarangi, counsel for Siemens Gamesa, in a text message. Kymal nor his legal counsel commented on the legal tussle.
