New Delhi: The juggernaut of Jagannath Yatra ensured the rath yatra sees the light of day, after the Supreme Court allowed the yatra to take place.
Oh, and the all-elusive coronavirus cure has reportedly been invented.
Let’s see how Twitter took the news:
Many BJP leaders shared good wishes for the Rath Yatra at Puri.
Leading the way was Prime Minister Narendra Modi with wishes of health and happiness, while Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Irani sought Lord Jagannath’s blessings. Former chief minister of Rajasthan Vasundhara Raje focused on the auspicious aspects of the festival.

BJP’s spokesperson Sambit Patra was happy he had fulfilled his pledge of seeking Lord Jagannath’s blessings.
And now to the coronavirus cure brought to you by none other than Baba Ramdev. Alas, Professor Ashok Swain isn’t convinced and challenges the yoga guru to self-test his own Covid ‘cure’.
Will Ramdev agree to expose to #Coronavirus and then to be cured with his new medicine before selling that to fools? https://t.co/L6VhlSKXGY

Don’t know who’ll take more offence to this, Patra or Major Arya? Or will they take this as a compliment?
What sambit patra is to Doctors .
Gaurav Arya is to Army .

BJP’s Amit Malviya questions the Opposition’s patriotism, yet again. Yawn.
The commanding officer of the PLA battalion deployed in eastern Ladakh and his second-in-command died in the violent faceoff between Chinese and Indian soldiers in the Galwan area…
Did you hear a word of praise for the Indian Army from the opposition? https://t.co/Kf9AeZJfSj— Amit Malviya (@amitmalviya) June 22, 2020
Here’s a classic ‘thanks but no thanks’ from the Congress to the Aam Aadmi Party.
Glad to see Newest member of RSS Family acknowledging that the Congress government was pro-people & Congress rule was better! https://t.co/9qDpO5fn4R

Many IIT graduates will agree with this tweet. Hear, hear!
Being able to attract the best and the brightest through the H1-B visa program has made America more successful and resilient. Knowing how to tap foreign talent is a US strength, not a weakness! #H1B #usindia

Lyricist Manoj Muntashir has some advice for Bollywood aspirants.

RJD leader Manoj Jha puts the Delhi Police on the spot.
Dear @DelhiPolice … Beginning with putting #SafooraZargar #MeeranHaider and several other young voices behind the bar on fabricated charges..You have now moved on to @_YogendraYadav and @harsh_mander ..Voices which always stood for constitutional values.

Why is director Mahesh Bhatt having such morbid thoughts?

BJP MP Varun Gandhi remembers his late father.
Today, I pay tribute to my father Late Shri Sanjay Gandhi on his 40th death anniversary. A man of steel, generations ahead of his time, who worked towards a strong and self-reliant India, with both the vision to see what lay ahead and also the courage to act on it… 🙏 pic.twitter.com/xI3Wi3gAx3
