Tamil Nadu Central University cancels online exams

TRICHY: The Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN) Tiruvarur has rolled back its decision to conduct end semester examinations for final year students online.
Students of all programmes (except for M Phil and PhD) will be assessed based on continuous internal assessment during current semester. Besides this, cumulative grade point average (CGPA) earned till the previous semester will be considered for the subjects passed by the students.
A total 60% weightage will be given for continuous internal assessment and 40% for CGPA earned till the previous semester for theory courses. For practical courses, 100% weightage will be given to continuous internal assessment of the current semester.
