Data from the university showed that 7.30pm on Monday, 94,536 registrations have been received.
Meanwhile, data accessed by TOI revealed that the university has already received payments for 22,355 forms. Payment for a form is done when the registration process is fully completed and the form is filled with Class XII marks.
While CBSE and ICSE results are not out, this shows that over 22,000 applications have come from other states where the Class XII board exam results have been announced recently.
CBSE forms a major chunk of the student flow at DU. Only after CBSE's decision on how to conduct its pending exams, DU will announce the date of the reopening of its admission portal in July.
