CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu chief minister Edappadi K Palaniswami will visit Coimbatore and
Trichy districts to review the welfare schemes and
Covid-19 preventive measures.
The chief minister will hold a review meeting at Coimbatore district collectorate at 10am on Thursday. “He will review ongoing welfare programmes, preventive measures against the spread of virus and Athikadavu-Avinashi drinking water, irrigation and ground water recharge scheme. He will also visit the project site,” an official release said.
On Friday, the chief minister will visit Trichy and hold a review meeting at the collectorate. He will review the welfare schemes, Covid-19 measures and the construction of a new barrage across the Kollidam river at Mukkombu. He would visit project site, the release said.
