Four arrested in interstate investigation into alleged drug and gun supply
Dawn raids on two properties in the state's Northern Rivers have led police to dismantle an alleged criminal syndicate involved in dealing MDMA, amphetamines and illegal firearms along the east coast.
The massive operation on Tuesday took NSW Police to Ballina, Lismore and addresses in Queensland and Victoria, arresting one man in NSW, two in Queensland and one in Victoria.

Police will allege the syndicate was involved in the manufacture and importation of drugs, and the illegal supply of firearms across the northern NSW and southern Queensland regions.
Richmond Police District crime manager Detective Inspector Cameron Lindsay said on Tuesday a Ballina man was at the police station assisting with inquiries.
"Several search warrants are currently under way in northern NSW, south-east Queensland and Victoria in relation to an ongoing investigation by Richmond Police District and State Crime Command Criminal Group Squad," NSW Police said in a statement.
More to come.
