Bailey bridge has collapsed in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand while a heavily laden truck was passing through it. The truck was carrying goods as India has decided to accelerate the construction of roads along the Indo-China border. This incident has come as a jolt to India's preparations against China as this bridge was the way to carry goods for construction of Milam road along the China border. A video of bridge collapsing has surfaced and gone viral on social media.
