KALYAN: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, two schools in Kalyan - Arya Gurukul and St Mary's School - organized online yoga wherein a large number of students and teachers participated.
The students and teachers came together on an online platform to show their agility and balance by demonstrating various asanas.
During the event, yoga professionals performed asanas and following them online, teachers and students performed the same at their homes.
Neelam Malik, director of Arya Gurukul school said, “The event streamed live on Facebook and YouTube. This interactive session on yoga was viewed live by parents and students from the comfort of their homes".
Similarly, students and teachers participated in the online yoga program held at St Mary's School in Kalyan.
