Schools, colleges, educational training institutes can be opened in the country under Unlock 2. However, it may be decided to open these after consultation with the State Governments and Union Territories as well as schools, parents of children and other concerned parties. An SOP in this regard will also be prepared by the Central Government. The Central Government had exempted the people of the country in many areas with conditions under Unlock 1.
