SHIMLA:
Himachal Pradesh reported 32 positive cases of Covid-19 on Friday, including 14 from
Hamirpur, eight each from Kangra and Solan districts and two from
Bilaspur district.
The government said 12 coronavirus patients have also recovered, including four from Una district, three each from Solan and Chamba districts and two from
Sirmaur district.
State has now total 627 positive cases of which 223 cases are active, 11 cases have migrated out of the state while 385 have recovered and six have died. Two other patients from
Shimla and Chamba have died due to some other reasons.
Deputy Commissioner, Kangra, Rakesh Kumar Prajapati said a total of 52,319 people were put under surveillance in the state till Friday. Of them 32,751 have completed their 28 days of surveillance, while 19568 are under active surveillance. So far, 60,814 people have been tested for Covid-19, of which 59,675 have been tested negative while results of 512 samples were awaited.
