Sushant Singh Rajput's 'Pavitra Rishta' co-stars, children who grew up seeing him work, went on to remember their 'bhaiyaa' after his demise by suicide. One of the co-stars revealed that Sushant inspired him to never leave education, and thus, taking that inspiration, he is now a post-graduate and the highest educated member from his entire family.

Adil Khan, who played the role of a beggar in Sushant Singh Rajput's show 'Pavitra Rishta', shared a note which read, "I played a role of a Beggar in Pavitra rishta. Just to share the same screen with him. It was 11 years back when i had initially realised i wanted to become an Actor. Growing up watching SRK , I've always wanted to be a Hero. Until my father suggested , I should find a reason to spend more time on the Sets. That way i could possibly learn more about the ethics and technicalities of the shooting process and how to polish my acting skills.

I was a 12 year old silly ambitious kid who wandered door to door with my mother for an opportunity to work on the sets. Until one fine day , we got a call for this episode in Pavitra Rishta. I could not resist my excitement , did not slept the whole night before the shoot day! 8am was the reporting time & we were there at 6 at KlickNixon Studio. THERE. I saw him. Walking out of his vanity van. He was the lead actor of the serial. But he walked as if it was his first day too.

I went to him asking for a picture & said ' main bhi hoon aapke saath iss scene meh' to which he just smiled. Later we rehearsed. It was lunch. Then we shot. Then a break. Then again a scene. And soon when it was nearly a packup, me being a over enthusiastic kid/fan asked for a picture again to which he happily nodded and made that a moment for me to be cherished forever.

He suggested that i never leave my studies to pursue my career in Acting. Since that very day, I've always dreamt of sharing the screen with him Again. I wanted to tell him that i made it this far and i am the same kid who took your advice and even completed the post graduation. Probably I'm the most educated in my whole family tree.

He kept inspiring me with the movies he did and i always used that as a fuel to remind myself why I started at the first place! I always looked upto him as my future self. Being an outsider , not coming from a filmy family , pure love for the cinema & an incredible person with the most kindest heart! I'm just not ready to accept the fact that he's not here anymore! It's just not possible for someone to leave just like that."

Sushant's other co-star Jay Thakkar remembered an anecdote from the sets. He revealed that Sushant used to eat thepla from his dabba because Rajput missed his mother and homely food.

Thakkar wrote, "Almost 11 years ago, when I played the role of @sushantsinghrajput bhaiyaa's little brother in one of my childhood shows-'PAVITRA RISHTA' on Zee Tv, Sushant bhaiyaa used to steal away home/mom-made THEPLAAS from my tiffin box DAILY which my mom used to bring along with her on-set. Since this was happening for a couple of weeks back then, so my mom asked someone on-set if they'd eaten my theplaa and was quite worried.

So one day, during our night shoot, Sushi bhaiyaa himself came up and confessed to my mom that he had eaten my mom's theplaa from my tiffin box because he used to miss his own mom, and mom-made food and saying that he apologized to my mom. Since then, my mom used to bake and bring THEPLAAS for Sushant bhaiyaa too for a year on-set and he began to call my mom as his 'Mom' on-set. What an unbelievable & upsetting tragedy!

My mom and I still miss you too much Sushant bhaiya and I had a greatttt time being ur onscreen lil brother for a year. May your soul REST IN PEACE!"
