Himachal Pradesh reports 10 new Covid-19 cases

SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh reported 10 positive cases of Covid-19 on Thursday, including four from Shimla district, three from Kangra, two from Solan district and one from Chamba district.
Authorities said five coronavirus patients recovered from the infection.
The state has now total of 595 positive cases of which 203 cases are active, 11 cases have migrated out of the state while 373 have recovered and six have died. They said two other positive patients from Shimla and Chamba have died due to some other reasons.
Officials said a total of 51,488 people were put under surveillance in the state till Thursday. Of them, 32,014 have completed their 28 days of surveillance, while 19,474 are under active surveillance. So far, 59,214 people have been tested for Covid-19, of which 58,063 have been tested negative while results of 556 samples were awaited.
