A crime scene has been declared at Archerfield after shots were fired.

Police were called about 1pm on Thursday to Beatty Road and declared the crime scene on arrival.

A police spokesman said officers were still piecing together what had occurred.

"One man sustained facial injuries, which was not related to a firearm, and was treated at the scene," the spokesman said. "Police are still investigating."

Seven News has reported high-ranking Bandido Mario Vosmaer was assaulted, while his business and multiple cars were shot at.
