A cyclist was injured when they were hit by a car.
Police and paramedics were called to the incident on Wrexham Road in Rhostyllen shortly before 11am today (June 18).
The incident involved a black Vauxhall Corsa.
The male cyclist was taken to Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
Sergeant Medwyn Williams of the Roads Policing Unit asked for witnesses to come forward.
He said: “We’re issuing an appeal to anybody who may have been travelling in the vicinity of Wrexham Road in Rhostyllen, and who may have seen the cyclist or Vauxhall Corsa prior to the collision, to come forward.
“Equally we’re keen to know if they have any dash cams fitted in their vehicles that may have captured the incident.”
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called today, June 18, at approximately 10:46 am to reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and bicycle on Ruabon Road, Wrexham.
“We responded with one emergency ambulance, and one patient was transported to Wrexham Maelor Hospital.”
