HSSC exam results to be announced next week

The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education will announce the HSSC result next week.

Goa Board chairman Ramakrishna Samant said   the exact date of result will be announced on June 22 or June 23.

“The correction of HSSC answer papers is almost over, including adding the sports merit marks,” he noted, maintaining that the Goa Board is extra careful while preparing the results so that there is no mistake of any kind in the same.

Samant said the mark sheets of the students, who had appeared for the HSSC examination, would be sent to the respective higher secondary schools, which then will have to pass them on to the students.

It was also informed that the SSC examination question papers are being corrected and the SSC results could be announced in the month of July.

This year, in all 19,680 students had registered for the SSC examination, while 18,135 students had registered for the HSSC exam.
