Sushant Singh Rajput's untimely death has compelled people to talk about mental health issues and re-evaluating the life we are living, openly. A few film industry members, too, have urged their colleagues to introspect at a time like this. Now, taking to her Instagram handle Bollywood actress and singer Sophie Choudry has posted a happy photo of hers, clad in a white shirt, looking stylish as ever. In her lengthy note, the actress wrote, 'These last few weeks have really taken their toll and feel like I wake up to bad news on a daily basis'. Further sharing her words of wisdom Sophie added 'to all those struggling right now at this very difficult time, the light is within you.. it dims now and again but it’s there..don’t lose hope because it lives inside you'.
