There will be a respite in temperature in Delhi-NCR in upcoming days, said IMD. Deputy Director-General, India Meteorological Department (IMD), Anand Sharma on June 16 stated that temperature in Delhi-NCR region and northwest India are above normal which will continue in the coming days. May be after 20th June, the temperature will fall, he added. “There may be respite around 20th June as we are expecting a low-pressure system to form in the Bay of Bengal which will strengthen the easterlies and that can bring rain,” Sharma further said.
