Expect HSC results mid-July, SSC end of July: Maharashtra minister Varsha Gaikwad

MUMBAI: The state’s school education minister Varsha Gaikwad said HSC and SSC results can be expected by mid-July and end of July, respectively. Usually, HSC results are announced by May-end, and SSC two weeks after that.
“We started assessment work only in May, due to the lockdown. We are trying to further expedite the process,” said Gaikwad, adding that once SSC results are announced, they hope to complete junior college admissions in August, and start the class XII academic year after that.
