Hindustan Petroleum Corp | Company on Tuesday reported a steep 99 percent drop in its net profit to Rs 27 crore for the March quarter. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 2,970 crore in the corresponding period a year ago. The company had a foreign exchange loss of Rs 975 crore as compared to a gain of 256 crore in January-March 2019.

Yes Bank | The bank is considering a follow on public offer (FPO) to raise funds via equity. Sources told CNBC Awaaz the FPO plan is likely to be finalised by the board soon. One of the sources told CNBC Awaaz that the FPO size is likely to be in the Rs 12,000-15,000 crore range and the offer price band is likely to be in the Rs 12-15 per share.

HDFC | The company is gearing up for a mega fund raise of around Rs 12,000 crore in multiple tranches, sources with knowledge of the matter told Moneycontrol.

Ashok Leyland | A meeting of the fund raising committee of the board of directors is proposed to be held on Friday, June 19, 2020, to consider and issue secured, rated, listed, redeemable Non Convertible Debentures aggregating to Rs 200 crore on private placement basis, in one or more tranches/series.
