NEW DELHI: US-based serial
entrepreneur and investor Bhavna Juneja has joined Gurugram-based Asset-Management Firm
MPowered as co-founder, shared the company in a press release today.
MPowered, started by Sudeep Singh, specialises in helping property owners upgrade their facilities to income generating assets. Singh was previously chief executive of co-working company
GoWork.
“India is a high-action space right now and I am really excited to join MPowered as co-founder. The brand has been designed with a problem-solving bent of mind and is for everyone who owns real estate but is unsure of how to capitalise on it or owns a business but cannot spare the bandwidth to conceptualise, set-up and manage the office space on a day-to-day basis,” said Juneja in the release.
Said Singh about the partnership, “I am extremely thrilled to have Bhavna join MPowered’s leadership as a co-founder… Bhavna will bring unmatched value-addition to the table.”
Juneja is a member and expert panellist at
Forbes Technology Council, an organisation comprised of senior technology executives. In 2013, Juneja launched Infinity, an IT Services provider in healthcare and life sciences.
MPowered is a ‘space-as-a-service’ platform that intends to help landlords upgrade their property to A-grade assets. The company also has a brand called ‘Powered by M’, which is into managed real estate, either as co-working or co-living spaces, while ‘
MGage’ is a tool that is meant to manage work spaces efficiently.
