Carapo man shot dead by police

A Carapo man was killed by police on Monday night.

Police reports said around 7.30pm police approached Roger Cabie and after a brief exchange with them he pulled out a gun.

The officers were reportedly afraid and opened fire. Cabie died at the scene.

Residents are claiming the police murdered him.
