911 caller in Atlanta shooting didn't see a weapon

A woman who called 911 to alert Atlanta police to a man sleeping in a car at a Wendy's parking lot said he was drunk and said she did not see a weapon. Police shot Rayshard Brooks to death during the subsequent encounter. (June 15) |
