Mustang Shelby GT350 Does A Very Mustang Thing Upon Leaving Canadian Car Meet

As much as we don’t like stereotypes, Mustangs leaving car meets have become their own larger-than-life meme which every now and then reignites and spreads like wildfire; take this black Ford Shelby Mustang GT350 for example.

According to the uploader of the video, the black -and very loud- Mustang GT350 was leaving a car meet on Whitby, Ontario a few days ago when he decided to let the Voodoo flat-plane crank V8 clear its throat.

The roar of the V8 was soon followed by the now-familiar tail snap, causing the angry pony car to spin and hit a pole with its rear end. Thankfully, the road was clear of any vehicles and no one was standing on the sidewalk.

The only victims of the latest incident in the Mustang-leaving-car-meet saga were a lightly damaged GT350 and the driver’s pride.

We all have seen countless videos of people in Mustangs trying to leave a car meet in a spectacular fashion, only to end up too spectacular and more Internet-famous than they probably wanted.

By now, you could say that this fact alone should have alarmed any Mustang driver attending these meets and make them stay away from any excessive throttle usage but apparently, there are some wild mavericks left out there.

It’s not just Mustangs that crash in these situations but we have to admit that there are a lot of them trying to impress and failing spectacularly. At this point, we would even propose to Mustang drivers calling a tow truck for leaving their car meet; it would be safer and more fun, at the same time.

H/T To John!
