Police have released an image of a man they believe was murdered in his flat.

Terence Edwards, known as Terry, was found dead at his flat on Pont Wen in Caia Park in Wrexham just before 7pm on Monday, June 1.

The 60-year-old man's death was initially considered to not be suspicious, and a file was prepared for the coroner.

However, a post mortem examination found that he had in fact died after suffering a head injury.

It sparked a major investigation at his property on June 12, before police announced that they had launched a murder investigation into his death.

Police are now trying to find out who was at his home over the weekend prior to his death.
