TomTom’s shareholders vote in favor of all voting items

TomTom (TOM2) announces that the Annual General Meeting, held virtually on 15 June, voted in favor of all agenda items. This includes the re-appointment of Alain De Taeye, as a member of the Management Board for a term of four years.
