LUCKNOW: Three more localities were declared containment zones in the city on Monday, while two were removed from the list. Now, there are 26 such zones.
According to the statement from the chief medical officer, the new containment zones are Surendranagar in Indiranagar, a locality near Parag Dairy in LDA Colony and Alishannagar in sector I of Jankipuram. From all these localities, two or more cases have been reported in the past few days. Two places-an apartment in New Hyderabad and CS Colony in Darogakheda, Sarojininagar, were removed from the list of containment zones as no case was reported from these localities for two weeks.
