National award winning singer, Monali Thakur recently came into limelight after she opened up about her three-year-old marriage to hotelier, Maik Richter. Well, not just that, the singer left everyone stunned when she revealed that her husband was thrown out of India just two hours before their marriage because he didn't have a visa.Talking about it in a recent interview, Monali said that the Home Ministry and the Foreign Affairs Ministry later got Maik back but in that moment she wasn't even sure if they will be able to get married. Sharing a funny incident she recalled how she wore sneakers under her salwar suit for her wedding that she bought at the last moment.
