Reports of 'stand-off'
There are reports locally of a “stand-off” with an individual and police.
This has not yet been confirmed by police, who are currently declining to provide any details of the incident.

Police dogs and armed officers at scene
Dog units and the armed response unit have been dispatched to the scene of the incident.
The section of road between the Tesco roundabout and the Chapel Street has been blocked off by police.
Helicopter overhead
The police helicopter was dispatched to the incident just before 9.30pm and was hovering over the town for a short period of time.
Witnesses have said that the helicopter has now left the scene.
