Home Minister Amit Shah has called a meeting of all political parties of Delhi on Monday to discuss the Covid-19 situation

Coronavirus update: India on Sunday recorded close to 12,000 new coronavirus cases taking the tally to 324,482 according to Worldometer. The death toll from the Covid-19 infection reached 9,247. 

Home Minister Amit Shah met Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and others on Sunday to discuss the Covid-19 situation in the city. The Home Minister announced a series of measures to tackle the disease in the national capital including increasing testing three times in six days, providing 500 converted rail coaches to add 8,000 beds. Shah, further has called a meeting of all political parties of Delhi on Monday.

Coronavirus world update: The global tally of coronavirus cases stands at 7,948,882 and 434,018 people have died from the disease so far.
